Under Section 13 of Pennsylvania's Solicitation of Funds for Charitable Purposes Act, printed solicitations and written confirmations/receipts must include the prescribed state disclosure language. For Global Donors Foundation, the prescribed notice is:

501(c)(3) determination status

Global Donors Foundation's federal 501(c)(3) determination remains pending. Donations are not yet tax-deductible until IRS determination is granted. See State Disclosures and Transparency for updates.
