New York solicitation disclosure requirements
New York Executive Law §174-b requires that solicitations include specific disclosures, including:
- A clear description of programs and activities for which contributions are solicited;
- Notice that the most recent annual financial report may be obtained from the organization or the Attorney General's Charities Bureau registry;
- The New York Attorney General Charities Bureau website and phone information for donor inquiries.
Global Donors Foundation will include these required disclosures in New York-facing solicitations as applicable to the solicitation channel (written, online, or oral) and registration status.

501(c)(3) determination status
Global Donors Foundation's federal 501(c)(3) determination remains pending. Donations are not yet tax-deductible until IRS determination is granted. See State Disclosures and Transparency for updates.
