Fla. Stat. §496.411 requires a conspicuous disclosure on solicitations, confirmations, receipts, or reminders of a contribution. Global Donors Foundation uses the Florida-required registration disclosure statement, including the required toll-free contact and website for the Division of Consumer Services.

Registration and financial information
Florida donors may obtain registration and financial information through the Florida Division of Consumer Services using the state channels above. As required by Florida law, registration does not imply state endorsement, approval, or recommendation.
501(c)(3) determination status
Global Donors Foundation's federal 501(c)(3) determination remains pending. Donations are not yet tax-deductible until IRS determination is granted. See State Disclosures and Transparency for updates.
